VC is a manufacturer of high-quality injection molds, die casting mold. We providing solutions for the plastics and casting industry. We strive for continuous improvement to become a trusted provider of molds to customers worldwide, from Japan to North America, from automotive and motorcycle products to printing machines, and from Asian to European cultural backgrounds. Our company, VC, is dedicated to delivering reliable solutions and meeting the diverse needs of our global clientele.
Viet Chuan’s manufacturing plant, spanning over 7600 square meters, is equipped with synchronized equipment from Japan and Germany. To ensure optimal production efficiency, Việt Chuẩn has developed its own production management software system tailored to the specific requirements of each customer partner. As a leading supplier of plastic and aluminum molds for automobiles, motorcycles, printers, and electronic devices in Vietnam, Việt Chuẩn serves major clients such as Honda, Yamaha, Canon, Panasonic, ToTo, and VinFast. We are confident that with our experience and capabilities, we will satisfy customers both domestically and internationally.

Viet Chuan is a company that specializes in providing mold manufacturing services.
Viet Chuan is a company that has been providing mold manufacturing services for automobiles, motorcycles, printers, and electronic devices to Japanese partners since 2007. Since then, Việt Chuẩn has continuously developed and expanded its operations. We currently employ over 200 staff members, including 20 personnel in the design department. Our facilities are equipped with more than 25 CNC machines and 20 injection molding machines.
Annually, Việt Chuẩn manufactures over 300 injection molds and aluminum die-casting molds for machines ranging from 100 to 1000 tons. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Viet Chuan’s manufacturing plant, covering an area of over 7600 square meters, is equipped with synchronized equipment from Japan and Germany. To ensure optimal production efficiency, Viet Chuan has developed its own production management software system tailored to the processes of each customer partner. As a leading provider of plastic and aluminum molds for automobiles, motorcycles, printers, and electronic devices in Vietnam, Viet Chuan serves major clients such as Honda, Yamaha, Canon, Panasonic, Toto, and VinFast. We are confident that with our experience and capabilities, we will satisfy customers both domestically and internationally.
Việt Chuẩn is a manufacturing company that specializes in three main product lines:
Plastic injection molds and aluminum die-casting molds.
Plastic part injection molding (including assembly of finished components)
Manufacturing of fixtures, jigs, and inspection gauges.
Currently, Việt Chuẩn has a workforce of 250 employees, including:
– Mold and fixture production: 150 employees (Departments include CAD/CAM/EDM/WC/BUS/PUR/ASSY/QC/HR)
– Plastic part injection molding: 100 employees (Departments include MD/PC/PE/WH/BUS/PUR/ASSY/QC/HR)
